Practice Change: Concepts and Applications

In the field of agriculture we often hear about barriers to change and the need for practice change. However, we know that it is very difficult to get people to change what they do. My lack of success in getting colleagues and clients to change practice led me to reflect on and challenge the way I which I worked with them. It also required change in the way in which we perceive, and relate to, each other. The course Practice Change: Concepts and Applications was developed to assist participants and clients to challenge their understanding and build their capacity as agents of change. The following outlines the experience of participating in the course provided Dr Arundhita Bhanjdeo from PRADAN.
